REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR:
It is reasonable to expect a certain amount of wear and tear on your arcade machine as time progresses.
Naturally your buttons will become “less springy” joysticks will become easier to move. Your vinyl artwork will gain a few scratches, some edges may have minor peels, and the control panel will smooth out in some areas.
A certain amount of owner/user care is expected and regular maintenance of you arcade machine can keep it running for many years into the future.
We offer very cheap replacement parts and servicing to all our customers should any damage occur. We built your machine and we can fix it just as well.
SOME EXAMPLES OF DAMAGE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Damage caused by unexpected use, such as hanging your full body weight off the joysticks (child or adult).
Damage caused by excessive force being applied to the arcade machine, such as collisions, punching or slapping.
Damage caused by drink or food spillage.
Damage caused to the arcade in transport.
Damage or malfunction caused by the owner/user altering the internal components or software in any way.

THE MANDATORY ACCC AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY APPLIES

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- To cancel your service / contract with us;
- To a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.
If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
